Jan 4 – Rainy morning no snow. At home all day. Mrs Betts[5] took dinner with Mrs Austin.

Jan 6 – Tenonded bob knees. Filed saw for B. Clark[7] 25¢. Ed Gilles got slead paid 1.25. Bot camphor 5.

Dec 24 – Went over to Celia Newm[ans] saw Mrs peterson and Am[os] Chipman. Went over to Fath[ers]. Extracted tooth for Hellen Blakes girl. A. Chipman pa[id] 50¢. Pros came on the 12.15 train. Bot shugar Tea & cinnamon 1.4__.
Dec 25 – Worked in shop some. Fath[er] Catharine Hellen Harriet[63] Lucy Lois Bryon Jo Ethen Hannah Pros &c was here to Christmas. I went to two dances in Evening.
Dec 26 – Cut out one pr mittens for P. Johnson. Tightened one box for Taylor 25 hung ax for T. Cory 10¢ made axhelve for D. Lamkin 50 made mittens for P. Johnson 50¢.
Dec 27 – At home all day. Henry came home. Pros here. P. Johnson paid 50¢.
Dec 28 – Rainy. Cut out mittens for Pros. Bot glue 15¢. Put bob together. Truax here. Snowed & rained.
Dec 29 – Put raves on bob. Sarah made Pros mittens. Oscar came here. Pros left on the 4.10 train. T. Flanders came here. Pros paid 50¢. Bot oil 35¢.
